Please be advised that Dr. Khan will be away from the clinic office for the dates reflected in the orange notice-banner on the top of the website.

If you need to be seen for an urgent medical matter (such as sinus infection, arm injury, etc.) please recall that the Bradford West Gwillimbury Family Health Centre has AFTER HOURS CLINIC access for our patients. You can be seen by Dr. Khan's physician colleagues for same-day appointments Monday-to-Thursday 5pm-745pm and Saturday 9am-1145am. To book one of these appointments please call the office at 905-775-8782. Please note that the after hours clinic is for same-day urgent medical needs only; that is, not for chronic and unchanged medical conditions that require routine follow up (these are to be scheduled with Dr. Khan per appointment availability).

 If you have completed your enrollment-roster form than you may also potentially be seen by the nurse practitioner during typical office hours (Monday-to-Friday 8am-345pm), pending appointment availability.

If you have an emergency, please proceed to your nearest Emergency Department and/or call 9-1-1.

If you need medication refills during this time, please be advised that your pharmacy is able to provide a short course of your medications until a refill request is made to Dr. Khan and has been completed.
